• Exchange or store credit only

Shipping

• Shipping charges will be added to your order upon check out. Please remember to use any shipping coupons at time of check out, discounts will not be refunded after the order is processed.
• Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. You will be notified if an item will take longer to process.
• Standard shipping has a typical delivery window of 3-5 days once processed.
• Once items leave our hands we are not responsible for items delayed due to shipping carriers. 

• Please contact us if you have specific shipping requests, so we can plan accordingly.
• We ship nationwide, please contact us if you do not see your location as an option.

SECURE PROCESSING

• We currently fulfill online transactions via PayPal and Shopify's secure credit card payment system.
• If you have trouble using a gift card please send us an email at b@willow.biz.  Gift cards can be applied in the checkout window.
